The lines arent the reason for the long wait time and its because at most like 2 windows open at a time out of 12. I get under scheduling to save money but making the customer wait is just wasting my time and every other customer.

The truth is, this bank is disgusting, sorry for the words, I've been here for a few weeks and
Coming to deposit and not TM it doesn't work and a lot of garbage and flies and to finish I deposit money and it turns out that it is not the amount that I counted, it ate some of my money

My wife and I stopped by this Well Fargo Bank after eating across the street at Sabroso. My wife needed cash so we came here since we didn't know the next location a Well Fargo will be. We found parking easily since it's in a decent size plaza, the parking spots in front of the bank was all filled up. My wife went to the ATM to do her transaction. They were not busy and we saw at the last minute that they have a drive thru ATM as well.
