I came to Yelp to check their banking hours. I found a lot of undeserved negative reviews, so I thought I would post my own positive review here. I rarely write reviews on Yelp, but I felt that the impression here on Yelp is wrong and want to correct it. We have had our family's personal and business accounts at the Garden Grove Brookhurst branch for over 15 years, and have been banking with Union Bank (UnionBanc) for 40 years. That's three generations: my parents, my wife and myself, and our adult children. The tellers change of course. The current manager, Pam, has been there for several years. Pam does a great job. We are very pleased with Union Bank. Pam and her team are so relaxed, friendly, and easy to deal with - I see them handle customers in many languages, too. Banking issues are very rare, but when they appear the staff is quick to fix them.If you are looking for a great local bank, this is it. Look no further.

I guess no more customer service at this location, I got an offer via email went there, the guy told me it's via appointment only which is I understand, I asked him when is the soonest appointment available???? He said let me go check!!He start talking to other customers and I waited 20 minutes them I left, I guess you need an appointment to make an appointment
