Was told that seasonal ski rentals are until April 1st but if we call the store they would be flexible and extend it if the season goes longer so we rented for the season with the word of the employee.
April 1st, I call and they tell me that is incorrect and we have to return them today and rent a new set daily for any day we want to go. As frustrating as it is to be told one thing and then another I took the skis in for return.
Then, the employee who accepted the return, was clearly having a bad day because he was taking it out on customers who were trying to solve issues. I asked if I could get a receipt for the return (or anything that shows I returned the skis) and he huffed and puffed then sent me an email of the rental contract (not something that says I returned the skis).
I would take my business elsewhere if I were you.
