        Generally good. My experiences with REI tend to be positive, and this store is no exception. The staff were helpful when I was trying several hiking boots, and the bike shop was able to do a quick chain replacement to get me back on the road quickly. My only complaint is that my most recent bike tune up saw the front derailleur adjusted so it now shifts worse than it did before (it actually throws the chain). The rest of the work seemed to be done very well, but that did cause me a couple issues the following day. Otherwise, this is my first stop for just about anything outdoor-related.

        Great REI, friendly staff. It is a smaller REI than most so they don't have ski section.
