Terrible company, if you rent from an HOA ran by them you will get screwed over. My personal experience is as follows I rented a place in an HOA for a few years, I moved out at the end of October of 23. Ever since I have been fighting with them for something as simple as a key fob security deposit reimbursement. I have been told by the property manager that I have to show proof of giving the deposit, my proof of giving the deposit is that I physically have the key fob in hand, if you dont give out key fobs without a security deposit how did I have the key fob? I have tried to reach out multiple times, 10 to be exact, since October and have requested that the manager to the property manager gives me a call as I have a complaint about the property manager and I want to get the refund for my deposit. Jennifer has refused to reach out, even after sending a couple emails, it is ridiculous that a company would try to get over on a security deposit for a pool key fob and that when you need to complain about a property manager, their boss refuses to contact you back.
