I needed to get in contact with Management Trust to resolve an issue I have had for over a year. The person I was supposed to contact last week never returned my calls. I called again today and was put in contact with Joanne Kim. She was very quick to respond with both a phone call and an email. She resolved my issue and let me know who to contact is I have an further problems. Thanks again Joanne. Sarah

I recently needed some accounting information in reference to a credit line I was applying for. I called the local TMT office in Folsom and left a message for the Accounting Dept. Within 10 minutes, I received a call back from Angie K. She was able to process my request for a report right away. All with a cheerful approach and get it done attitude! Thanks so much!

I have been a Natomas Park resident for over 20 years and until recently, have had no reason to reach out to the Management Trust. However recently, I have needed their help on two separate occasions and was fortunate enough to work with Joanne both times. She was incredibly professional, prompt in her replies and ultimately made both interactions very smooth. Her owner/employee mentality really shines through in her work. Much appreciated !
