        My dad died at 7981 alta vista ln in citrus heights and when he died I advised Janelle that he had passed and wanted to take over the lease as I make over 3 times the rent but when I told her she just told me she wasn't interested in me Taking over the lease and didn't care about my dad's passing and that I needed to leave the property and didn't even give me a fair chance to submit a application to take over the lease even tho I was there with my dad for 6 years while he had cancer. Update they only evicted me after my dad died to double the cost of the rent they should all be ashamed especially during these hard times the world is going through
