Ruth and staff are a pleasure to deal with. Community is friendly and safe. It's a nice environment to live in with kids. Apartments are clean. Maintenance is accomodating and prompt when needed. They are also reasonably priced for the area. Enjoyed my time here!

I really miss living here. And miss California in general. This is one of the best apartments you can find in Folsom. You get very easy access to the bike trails along the American river. For some apartments, they are shaded during summer. There are lots of greens and it is very clean all around. My friend told me I'm living in a resort when he was visiting. Did I mention they are pet friendly? My German Shepherd was also so happy and healthy living there.

The management and staff allow other tenants to be racist like apartment 308 they stump call black toddlers out their name harass stalk black tenants management does nothing and act like they cant a very racist management told me I should move to antelope why is that because Im black so I have to stay in a black area that was a racial comment would say they are racist and try to act like they not one maintenance staff oldest man will go do maintenance work will tell you he stopping scoping out to see what you have to your face in your ho yesterday ime and owner of the property does old management and staff will go on your property and steal your property and new management and staff does nothing some cant take yesterday I saw maintenance staff stealing out my house and he didnt see me watching him steal my keys off my couch I wait until he stuck it on n his pocket and I reported it after to management and filed a police report I received a call from the property manager Ruth and she tried to browbeat forced me to change my review with her staff, the staff before the new management started and how their tenants/ neighbors in Community treat their black residents and their children. I dont appreciate being pressured browbeating acting like they dont receive things which I have an email that shows they were want me to take out my time to provide the documents they already have I feel like me, and my family is being harassed, harassed us about rent when they owed us rent, they harass us about listening to our cultures music. They harass us for being home they allow their staff to continuously harass and steal after you ask for them not to come to your house and then they play like they dont have that in emails which I have all those emails Theyre harassing me by calling my phone trying to force me to change my opinion on how me and my family was treated in their community and while were still in their community. All I have ever ask whats to be left at home and to be able to come into my house with my children and we be left alone when were home Because were never there so we cannot be bothering you off by coming home every blue moon my money is good its anybody elses money and they dont act that way in the community they go by based off of color and this is how all I have been seen since I have been there and its not everyone in the community there is a lot of nice people in the community that or not racist.

Lease agreements are loosely followed, even more so when you have a tenant harassing you daily. We unfortunately got the worst neighbor possible, i mean this woman is a psychopath, being section 8 im not surprised by the types of people you get here. We basically got told sorry not sorry, cant do anything about this, and because it hadnt gotten to a violent stage yet, Folsom PD could not do anything either. Though this tenant violated basically everything in the lease agreement, Demmon Partners(LakePointe) legal team decided its not worth taking action on. I had a neighbor across the hall that lived in my unit prior and moved because of this same tenant below us. Other tenants even approached me with issues with this tenant, absolute trash of a human being, i should have heeded the warning signs with the trash piled up to her ceiling and junk in the patio when we looked at the place, not to mention the clear evidence of her hotboxing her apartment causing ours to reek. So we were left with 1 option, break lease a move out, this whole process to break lease and find a new place costed me nearly $10k, but honestly, worth it to get away from this place, no more false police reports(for racism, harassment, following her, trying to break in her home, etc.) just for walking in our home no more giving us the finger daily, no more block parties till 4am rattling our floor. TLDR - Stay away from this place and if you decide to stay here, stay away from building 3, trust me on this. But lets be real im sure there are other tenants similar, maybe just not as extreme. You would not expect this in Folsom, but youd be the same as renting in downtown Sac at low income housing.
