        If there were a negative rating, she has surely earned it. This person has already committed at least one misdemeanor and has exposed herself to civil liability and we just met her today. From the video (see photo), she was about to get herself in even more trouble but my wife saved her. We will be reporting her to the Sacramento Superior Court and the Department of Real Estate tomorrow for fraudulent representation and she will suffer the consequences of her actions. We will keep you posted. Happy St. Patricks Day everyone.
