        i took my mom to the bank yesterday to get help with her account she had an appointment at 3pm with jaime Rodriquez but we wait until 4pm and he didn't even bother to say anything to us and he didn't consider us are there at all time we wait. after one hour and ten minutes wait i saw my mom getting tired setting and waiting we decided to go home without seeing a banker i really was disappointed how this bank treated his client and not respecting people time
