Supposed to be an HVAC tune-up, with "Clean condenser coil" listed as one of the parts. Guy says that'll be $1100. Then wants to charge me $1050 to replace two capacitors (each one costs like $50 bucks and will take fifteen minutes to swap), before trying to upsell me on almost $10k in ridiculous "upgrades." Said things that were also just patently incorrect -- like adding radiant barrier with no airspace will help insulate, or that a UV bulb will somehow reduce contaminants in the air by 93% (sure, UV kills stuff in the air, but it ain't taking nothing out). And then after I get the e-mailed invoice report, turns out they couldn't even check the refrigerant pressure. Did he mention that before I paid? Nope. Absolutely ridiculous bait-and-switch of a service, and insanely exploitative pricing for offered parts and labor. Service: A/C system maintenance

Their service has been outstanding, from my AC installation last year, and recently my plumbing next day service unbeatable. Will definitely use again.
