Recently, our company was shopping around for an electrician to fix an outage that occurred within our office. We found this company on the internet, and were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful customer service received from Joy, the lady who answered the phone at their office. Joy was friendly, pleasant, polite and very accommodating with our scheduling needs. She sent out a service technician during our available hours, and gave us updates as to the technicians arrival. Javier, the service technician, arrived on time and he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Javier was very experienced and resolved our service issue quickly, with zero disruption to our staff. This company exudes EXCELLENT customer service and professionalism, and we will definitely utilize their services in the near future! Thank you!!!

I selected Carini Home Services for a new furnace and AC unit and I am extremely pleased with their professionalism, competitive pricing and quality work. The work was completed in under two days and passed Wegreen HERS and city inspections with no issues noted. The installation technicians and design specialist were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again for any work.

Noah with Carini came to inspect my mom's electrical panel within 24 hrs of contacting Carini. Noah was thorough, professional and very knowledgeable with explaining the circuit breaker problem with a 1930's subpanel. We highly recommend Carini for any future electrical issues at my mom's 50 yr old home.

I had an electrical emergency, flickering lights ans an arcing panel. Carini sent out Cesar the same day. He was very professional, thorough, and safety conscious. They had my power back on that day.
