        Pacific was recommended by the contractor that originally installed our HVAC units, but has since retired. I knew he would point me in the right direction and he did!I e-mailed Pacific Refrigeration late in the day with the make & model number of our Rheem  HVAC unit, explained the issue and let them know that it's not an emergency, just send a tech when one is in our neighborhood. The next morning we got a call stating a tech could be here in an hour, so I stated that would work.Within the hour, Dean showed up ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad relay switch and that he had one with him. In no time at all, he had the new relay installed, the unit buttoned back up and was complete.Dean was very professional, courteous and diligent.After such a positive experience, I would highly recommend Pacific Refrigeration.
