HX Refrigeration

I am a Refrigeration Contractor in San Francisco and I have used HX Refrigeration as a subcontractor in San Diego. They are top-notch. I had them do multiple service calls and the response time was marvelous. Every service call that they completed for me was completed same day. They also did an installation for me and that was done in a very clean and professional manner. I will continue to use HX Refrigeration for all my San Diego clients, and I highly recommend them.

Where do I start? Ahmed and his team are PHENOMENAL! Our walk in freezer at our bakery stopped working suddenly. We found HX refrigeration doing a quick search. When I called, Ahmed answered and was able to come same day! He said he'd send over a service agreement to move forward. He did so immediately and was very responsive. After completing the agreement, he called back and let me know he could come by that evening at 6pm. He arrived right on time. Very professional and communicated what he was doing the whole time. Once he assessed the problem, he explained the problems to us in great detail. We had an issue a few months back and the tech we used at that time didn't explain anything other than we needed a "unit" added to defrost. Ahmed actually explained what that meant and let us know he could order the parts and have our freezer up and running. He emailed us a quote for the work that very evening. Unfortunately, just opening our business a few months ago and having our walk in fridge also go down on us our budget was tapped out. I was honest with him regarding our financial strain and that our freezer is nice to have but not an necessity for our business so we we're considering holding off at the moment. Ahmed was so empathetic that he allowed us to pay half after he fixed the problem and the other half in a few months once our finances were in a better place! I mean that type of customer service just doesn't exist anymore! I couldn't believe he was willing to work with us! We of course agreed! His partner came out the next day and had us up and running in no time! Very clean, professional and explained everything. Ahmed came in later that evening to double check the work was done properly. The next day, he called to make sure the temperature was holding! I have never experienced such amazing customer service, professionalism and honesty. Please please do yourself a favor and use HX!

Ahmed, came through like a champ! I called him on a Sunday when our air conditioning was not working. He gave me a time when he would be there, which was within an hour, and he showed up on time which goes along way with me. He showed up with a clean uniform, and was very polite. He assessed the situation, did his troubleshooting and figured out the problem. He was very polite and tidy and neat. He even took his shoes off and came into the house, which I was very impressed with. He performed his tasks and cleaned up behind himself. I was very impressed. I give them a five star rating. I will be calling them in the fall to take care of my heating issues. Ahmed and HXRefrigeration get a 5 star review from me! Thank youChris H
