    Ruben was on time, he tried using an extender to boost signal to the gateway, that didnt work so he hard wired a comm cable from the gateway to my router.

    EXTREMELY POOR CUSTMER SERVICE!!!!! I will share highlights: -Installer lost check for over 20K. I had to close checking account and it took over 6 hours to reroute all monies going in and out of this account --Also, my solar production is not being reported to me. They explained that my Enphase Box (located outside) was "FRIED" when I had a power outage and it now needs to be replaced. Incorrect wiring? Faulty equipment? Who knows. - Also, damaged gutters that cannot be fixed and need replacement. - Also, NON-Compliance with my HOA. - Also, In general CUSTOMER SERVICE RARELY DOES WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. I HAD TO FOLLOW UP MANY TIMES, CALL BACK, ASK FOR WHAT WAS PROMISED .......... I find it extremely distasteful when a company waves the flag and promises excellent customer service and DOES NOT DELIVER. Currently I am waiting to hear back from them regarding turning my system on and as usual was promised I would be contacted later the same day. I have not been contacted - this is par for the course and as I mentioned I am still waiting to resolve the damaged gutter issue and Gateway box replacement. Also I just received a notice from my HOA architectural committee stating my solar is not in compliance with their standards. Semper agreed to these standards by signing the HOA Solar Rules and Regulations. I am subject to fines if this is not corrected. I just contacted Semper and I am waiting to hear from them. I am suppose to have one conduit and the conduit should be painted to match the house color. (see picture) Javelle at customer service told me that it would be impossible to change my conduit from two to one. My HOA wrote a letter on my behalf stating that IF SEMPER DOES NOT COMPLY WITH HOA AS AGREED TO SEMPER WOULD BE BANNED FROM DOING ANY MORE BUSINESS IN MY REYIREMENT COMMUNITY! Suddenly they were able to fix this problem, I will update this review, if and when these MANY problems are fixed. UPDATE: My system has been turned on. UPGATE: I had an appt. to begin to remedy the HOA Non-compliance issue. They did not show for the appt. I am currently trying to reach them. UPDATE: I left a message and an email. I was told they double booked my appt. They did send someone out later the same day. The gentleman was prepared to paint only and I explained the need to change the conduits as My solar is NOT in compliance with my HOA. Nothing was accomplished today. I am waiting for a phone call from Javelle tomorrow on May 10th. UPDATE: It is May 10, after 4pm. I have not received my promised call back today. I will update my review when my Enphase Box, gutters and non-compliance issues have been fixed.... Non-compliance issues have FINALLY been fixed. My HOA sent them a letter stating that they SEMPER SOLARIS would be banned from installing in my retirement community if they did not fix the NON-Compliance issue. Still waiting on the gutter and the Enphase Box. UPDATE: I am still waiting on the gutters on May 28th. I had an appt to fix gutters and the guy did not show up. I called and Semper customer service said the guy had "an equipment failure" and they rescheduled me for next week. Semper should have called me, Par for the course. Update: gutters completed today 6/1/22. Also, waiting to schedule replacement of Enphase Box that was "FRIED" during a brief power outage. IT HAS BEEN ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER!!!!!!!!!! I will keep you posted.... UPDATE: the box has been replaced on 6/15/22. I signed my contract on Jan. 18, 2022 and finally I am done with them on June 15, 2022. To wrap it up in a few words. Incompetence, carelessness, rudeness, lying to get your business. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had doing business! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    Thank you Phil Valverde for being patient and friendly and good-spirited throughout this whole journey. The entire process took a while, primarily because of us going back and forth with different solar companies, and multiple offers, but in the end, we are very happy with our choice of Semper Solaris. The Semper Solaris team did a good and neat job of installation and we are looking forward to our clean air future.

- Also, damaged gutters that cannot be fixed and need replacement.
- Also, NON-Compliance with my HOA.

I find it extremely distasteful when a company waves the flag and promises excellent customer service and DOES NOT DELIVER.
Currently I am waiting to hear back from them regarding turning my system on and as usual was promised I would be contacted later the same day. I have not been contacted - this is par for the course and as I mentioned I am still waiting to resolve the damaged gutter issue and Gateway box replacement.
Also I just received a notice from my HOA architectural committee stating my solar is not in compliance with their standards. Javelle at customer service told me that it would be impossible to change my conduit from two to one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
