He recommended a new furnace since the one I have is almost 30 years old, but he never tried to upsell me or pressure me into purchasing anything. John (On Point Heating & Air Conditioning) did an outstanding job repairing my furnace in the attic. It was easy to make an appointment, he showed up early, was very professional, knowledgably, and was able to replace the inducer draft motor in short order. It was raining outside and he even wore booties when he came in the house. It was "icing on the cake" that he charged a very reasonable price and it was easy to pay. I highly recommend On Point Heating & Air Conditioning.

We called On Point Heating and Air during a heatwave in the middle of July when we discovered our AC wasnt working. John was able to work us in the same day to his already busy schedule. He evaluated and fixed our problem the same day. Very professional and reasonably priced. Its nice to find a company that charges an honest price for an honest days work.
