I walked into the Danville location hoping to find some help printing large poster boards, pamphlets, and photos for my Dad's special Church service - and Jose Martinez went above and beyond to exceed all our expectations. The entire experience was prompt, professional, pleasant, and much easier than past visits to other printing shops. Thank you Jose for making this project as painless as possible, delivering on time, and helping us stay within a reasonable budget. Our Church service was successful and we can't thank you enough for all your help. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location of FedEx Office to everyone!!

So unprofessional,rude employee. I believe his named was Deshaun. I am wondering why FedEx does not provide customer service training to their employees specially when they are having revenue shortfalls.Shouldn't Fedex step up their customer service in this global volume softness!I

I went in a long time ago now, about a year now, and needed some help. I was trying to make cards for a wedding party, and I needed a lot of them. I believe it was Sal who helped me the most although the whole team did. Not only did they help me get them set up on nice paper, they got them up finished and CUT within an hour and a half. This is a job that shouldve taken at least a day. It was so amazing and they were all so nice and helpful, I wanted to write this earlier on fedex but I think you need the receipt for that and I lost it unfortunately. But I still remember how nice it was so I wanted to leave a review here so Sal knows how much he is appreciated!
