Do not leave your car overnight in this apartments if you come visit they will tow it away for no reason over night, bad experience!!!

Community: 1/5 Parking: 3/5 Environment 2/5 Housing 2/5 Management 2/5 Rent 1/5 The biggest issue of these apartments are really the community. I don't think you'll ever find such a bad and hostile community like this. If you are any different from the general community, you will be badmouthed! (There's one other review highlighting this issue) I don't know if they're this bad because of their parents or maybe whatever influence they get their acts from, but I've never felt so miserable walking around these apartments next to other minors. The community is... Oddly toxic. Parking lately has been easier, you have the office parkings filled which shouldn't be a problem if someone didn't take your actual given parking spot. The environment is actually still likable when it isn't being littered by the community. Still all the trees except for one of them that fell in a wind storm. You'll never get a bad smell from the apartments at least because of the trees, except for the skunks that come from wherever The housing is okay, you can't really expect a good home from apartments like these. They've done a paint job so it looks a little more alive which is pretty cool, but other than that do NOT expect much. Management. I used to have rated it 1/5 but I'm gonna upgrade it for the reason that they recently started fixing up all the laundry rooms and for the fact that they were helpful in multiple instances. The amount being paid is not worth living here. You can probably find the same apartments somewhere near that's better quality. Overall, these apartments are pretty hard to live in. Especially if you're a more outdoors guy and you so happen to not be Slavic or not appear to be Slavic, you are 100% guaranteed to be judged. Whether it's by the minors or the adults, which are a few. A couple elderly and maybe a couple young families. If you are more indoors, then this is gonna be somewhat better as long as none of the community knows you live there. I personally dread these apartments and I wish I could move out. Sadly this is your best bet if you're financially challenged.
