Misleading !! I was told in order to move forward with my application i needed to put an additional $300.00 down. After they did approve me it was conditional. Twice the deposit required. I explained to the person on the phone and during the initial visit that my credit was challenged. She encouraged me to apply WITHOUT telling me that they may require additional money for the down. Had I known that I may have reconsidered. Now there is no refund !! $300 to find out you qualify but you need an additional $900. I have Emailed them twice and No Response !!

As a recent resident, I should voice my experience. Management was commutative, supportive, and very professional. They were always quick to respond and helpful in all situations, including maintenance. I loved the community residents at Spring Creek. Everyone was courteous and respectful to one another, especially noise after hours. The communal areas were clean and well-maintained. I never had an issue living here and would be a resident again if given the opportunity.

I've been racially profiled multiple times while living here. I can't even nap by the pool without getting harrassed. The leasing office tried to raise my rent without 30 days notice. Proving that new leasing agent can't do her job legally. Also, the A/C units are so loud that it makes it really difficult to sleep on warm nights becuase I can hear all of my neighbors units. edit: I misnamed someone in my original review. Sorry! Wasn't my intention to call out the wrong person. And someone recently got a rooster edit2: I've been wiped from covid while this was taking place. They raised my rent by 20%. edit3: Saw a kid chase 5 kids through the complex with a gun yesterday.

So I have moved out of Spring Creek apartments and it's been a few weeks now. I only lived there for about 8 mos. Of my 13 month lease. I was allowed out of my lease early, because my neighbor couldn't not understand why her surround sound system was way too loud regardless of how many complaints I made she didn't care and just kept on with the insanely loud system. We live in these apartments! You don't live in a 5 bedroom house out in the mountains! It was stressful living there.I would leave to work 3 hours early just to have some peace and quiet! She would have loud conversations on the landing we shared right outside my door. Just ridiculous inconsiderate stuff. As if she was the only person who lived there! we shared a wall and the walls were so thin I could hear every sound she made. EVERY sound. I had the studio facing the Creekside by the kids playground. Why I left and why the manager let me break the lease with no financial penalties is a long story and I don't want to get into it. However! Here are some tips for anyone who has issues with your noisy neighbor who does not care about your peaceful enjoyment of your apartment, which it is in your lease as one of many things you get to enjoy for all the rent you pay monthly! If it's after hours like my issue was at times, or after the leasing office closed (convenient) you'll have to call security who you will have to let into your apartment so that they can hear the disturbance because just calling the security people isn't enough they will just walk around the building and if they don't hear anything they'll leave and no one will ever know you called. Or you can invest in a condenser recorder that will record lower bass type of sound through walls and give those recordings to the office. But! Just emailing the office over and over will not help you, it will only irritate the property manager and she will stop replying to your emails and have their attorneys snail mail you back. The neighbor will tell the office that YOU played your music loud too. Which I did on my little bluetooth speaker I got from Amazon, I played Christmas music while decorating the tree with my daughter. It was quite clear that no one in the office could make these people stop with the loud music, movies, conversations, loud yelling from her door to whoever is on the walk way leaving her apartment. This is why they let me out of my lease early, I let them know I was so unhappy there and my quality of life was nonexistent, They offered a different unit but I was already pretty frustrated at that point and was totally over it, them, and everything else. But other than that! The studio unit I lived in was dark, and shaded because of the trees, it was like you were in a tree house! Nice in the summer. Cooler. Not noisy because of the playground at all, just the occasional young kids smoking weed late night when I got off work. There is a little washer dryer combo thing in the studio, Not a fan. But it's good if your lazy and don't want to venture out to the laundromat. But you'll have to hang your clothes all over the studio to dry them properly. Towards the last few weeks of my existence there, I started to notice roaches. Little baby roaches. And a couple of big ones. I would ask them to spray before you move in, so that they all scurry downstairs. I could tell when the lady downstairs would spray because they came upstairs there wasn't a lot of them maybe 4 baby ones and two big ones. All in the kitchen! By the stove, drawer and cabinet. They do have a ton of upgrades they built and put in while I was there for a short minute. Like the mailroom is now enclosed! Huge plus! The laundry room is also enclosed and I believe there is a dog station also enclosed using your key card that you open the gate with to get into all of these places. And there's a package room as well, I never signed up for that. I had my Amazon packages delivered to my door. At least my neighbor didn't steal. They did one time look at the name on my packages, I know this because Amazon sends you pictures when they drop off your package. These boxes were stacked on top of each other, when I got home from work they were spread apart (a bit sus) anyway take your time when looking for a place, I had no idea how many complexes are in this one vicinity! I found one, it's so much more brighter, bigger, more amenities, smaller complex, tons of parking, but my biggest thing I looked for was what walls were my neighbor and I going to be sharing. Makes a difference. I'm so happy now, no stress, neighbors are all very respectful of each other's enjoyment of space! And they all go to work during the day so it's nice and quiet for me early mornings and the rent was even cheaper. Not saying you shouldn't rent at Spring Creek, it's a nice complex...just not for me
