        I really enjoy how quiet this place is. And all the Redwoods and Jasmine around the property really make it nice.

        Hello if you are thinking about moving into shadow ridge apts. Be prepared!! Rent goes up every lease by at least a 100 dollars. I've lived here over 7 years, the first 3 or 4, rent would stay the same with the renewal or slightly go up, BUT NOW, the last 3 years rent has gone up at least 6 or 7 times and it doesnt matter whether you renew or not, it'll still go up, its just crazy.. I've stayed because this place allows pets. Fyi
