      image Very dissatisfied with the customer service when upgrading my phone. I specifically told the sales associate to double/triple check all my important photographs would be saved to my new phone. Now Im stuck with 5,000 missing on my new device and great memories lost. That kind of stuff cant be replaced. The sales associate assured me and was dismissive on my concern. Almost as he just wanted me to leave already the whole process felt rushed like I was asking too many questions.(never asked what memory amount I wanted, what my new payment would be) DO NOT GO HERE FOR UPGRADES! If you dont want to loose precious memories and feel like theyre doing YOU a favor for helping.

      image These Companies are Blood Suckers of the Poor. Sure,sure they Provide a "Service" but they take ,take ,take every and ANY opportunity. Late fees, usage of data slowdown, Spotty Service "can you hear me Now". We deserve a A+ Service when we pay $70 to $300 a Month... Tell me IM WRONG. The German's wouldn't put up with that .
