What an experience, I needed a public notary and was about to pay a mobile notary $25 travel plus $10 a signature then someone suggested I call my bank - Chase - no real help, public notaries available M-F 10-11am??? OK let me try Wells Fargo - I try our little inside Vons branch - could not be more helpful - Daniel offered to do the legwork and call around to set up an appointment with a notary for me at no cost and once set up call me back with confirmation. When I arrived I was (as always) greeted promptly and told the notary would be there shortly - they then called the notary as he was not there at the agreed time (not their fault) and offered us water etc. while we waited. Once the notary arrived Daniel provided his office for privacy and the matter taken care of quickly with no cost to me - GREAT SERVICE DANIEL and all staff at Wells Fargo Mission Oaks

I cannot begin to express how frustrating of an experience I've had with this bank. The service is poor at best, they slow you down with crazy rules like not allowing personal checks to clear before 2 days ( most banks clear anything under 2500$ immediately) all the way down to not being able to cash checks drawn from a wells Fargo account...they won't even cash a check written from their users unless you have an account. I run a business and cash flow is everything. This bank makes $ by holding your money hostage. The greatest pleasure I've had with this bank was the day I closed my account and took my money from these clowns.
