I was very pleased with my visit and the knowledge that was given to me at this branch. Im 21 still trying to understand how credit works and the worker Darlene was super helpful in giving me the basics about establishing credit and maintaining it, credit score ,etc. I was confused on credit cards and auto loans and she helped me understand how they work and affect my score. She was very professional and knowledgeable,will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

really bad, strangely discourteous service. both tellers were awkward, creepy, strange guys lacking in basic people skills.

I walked in this camarillo Vons branch at 3:20 pm Saturday to open a checking account. The gentleman behind the window said no. Because it takes about a half hour to open up a a/c, but our branch will be closed at 4 pm. So do you want to make an appointment for next Tuesday? (The coming Monday is the Labor Day) Of Course not! I will never come back here.
