Chase Bank

I met with Yesenia and unfortunately she gave me incorrect advice after she assured me that a conservatorship check could be deposited into a trust account on two seperate occasions.

I have been very happy with Chase Bank and specially with Camarillo branch, until Saturday the 31st of December. I was unlucky to end up doing transactions with Clarissa cash box #5. It was very obvious that she had no desire to help anyone or to be there. When I asked her if she could help me set up a payment to send money to my son, she said and I quote "I do not know how to do that". There was no sorry, I do not know how to do that, let me ask, nothing like that. The only thing she said was you can send wire, but we will charge you $35.00. Her attitude was the worse I have ever dealt with. Fortunately, that office has other amazing personnel , like Andrew and others, so I will just avoid Clarissa.
