Horrible service booked me a showing for a unit they don't even having a showing for and we're 0 help at all, would not even try to see a apartment from them

DO NOT RENT HERE. I moved in May of 2020, and under old management, my time there was fine, no issues, but once the new management took over as i left, the complex was going downhill fast. I moved out May of 2022 as the new management took over, gave my 60 day notice, cleaned the apartment, turned in all my keys and left. But now, two years after I moved out, when trying to get a new apartment, I was denied because Frisco sent me to collections for June 2022 rent, AFTER I moved out and my lease was finished. They claimed I did not give a notice and abandoned the apartment. I was not informed by anyone during my move-out process or my 4 attempts to get my security deposit back after I moved out that I had an outstanding balance or didnt leave a notice. Because of them, Im possibly in jeopardy of not being able to find a safe place to live because of the black mark they have put on my renters report. I have called the office already this week and was stone walled and have yet to receive a call back after 2 days. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
