        We had a few things that needed to be taken care of after moving in. The maintenance guys came quickly and took care of the couple issues we had. Appreciate how responsive Parc has been. The 1 bedroom apartment is spacious overall. Our unit lets in a lot of natural light which I love. So far the biggest issue is being downstairs and hearing loud footsteps and noises coming from the tenants above us. We can also hear tv sounds coming from the apartment next to our bedroom. Its apartment living, but if you can handle the stairs you might want to think about getting a 2nd story apartment.
