Nope nope nope. Definitely the worst apartment experience Ive ever had. $1200 (more like $1500 after the fees and inefficient heating/ac bills) got us an uncleaned apartment with cold, uncaring management, disgusting carpet, poor lighting and bedrooms that couldnt retain heat. Not a fan. Also if you love living in cat pee, youll love the carpets. Never owned a cat but that didnt keep everything that was left on the floor from smelling like we had 5 with no litter box. Go up the street to Stone Manor or something. PSA: they WILL keep your deposit and then charge you for all of the things the terrible apartment that you moved into already had, regardless if you clean it or hire move-out cleaners. Theyre shady.

Cant even unload groceries out of your car without getting it towed. They dont care about the residents at all.

Nice apartments, pool, gym, theater, and grounds. Management is "Shady." Asked them how much it would cost me to move in, and they left the conversation at "it depends." Unfortunately for them and me, I moved on.

Upon move out, no one was available in the office to do our final walk through, we had to wait days to return our keys because no one ever shows up to work and then we get hit with a $2000 bill because they say our fridge door was rusty after using steel cleaner on it. We werent provided any proof of this and they said they just through the entire thing away rather than giving us the option to scrap it. We also started receiving calls from a debt collector saying we still owed money and the ranch claims they dont work with this company, then how did they get our contact and now we owed exactly $2,152? We ignored all the negative reviews but unfortunately they ended up becoming our reality. Absolute money grubbing people at this complex, choose elsewhere.
