I think the Uptown Terrace apartments are a great complex. Theyre pet friendly which is amazing (owners remember to pick up after your dogs so we can keep it this way ! :) ) There is a dog park which is a bonus for letting your dogs run around.
My fianc has been living here for a year already and just moved into a two bedroom unit for us and both apartments have been beautiful! The appliances are all stainless and the closets are very large. You can basically walk into both closets. There is also more than enough room for king size beds. In the one room we have a night stand on either side of the bed and theres plenty of room for a dresser against the wall!
I would definitely recommend this complex. The leasing office agents are all really friendly and helpful too !

Would NOT recommend.
Word of caution, don't be fooled by what you see on the surface. The apartments look nice but I (and other tenants) dealt with a lot of issues while living there. To be honest, I moved out ~6 months ago so not sure if there's been in improvement for the issues I dealt with, but definitely something I recommend asking about if you choose to live there.
1) Despite the gym being open 24/7, it was very often closed due to water flooding the first floor (tenants who lived on the first floor also complained about flooding in their apartments) and damaging equipment.
2) The mail room was a mess. Packages were left all over the floor and sometimes made the room smell bad because of meal prep orders that weren't picked up for days. All the tenants had to search for their packages among all the other packages and it also made it likely for people to pick up others' packages.
3) The fire alarm went off randomly.
4) People's pipes burst because of the cold. Not sure if this just happens at this apartment complex or at others too. I grew up in the Midwest where it's much colder and I've never heard of this happening to people who lived in apartments there.
5) Bugs everywhere (photos attached). I cleaned my apartment every weekend and made sure to not leave food out, get rid of trash, etc. and I still saw many bugs. I used to sweep my floors every day and the next day there'd be more bugs. I thought it was just my apartment but I saw the same bugs at others' apartments. When I went to the management office to inquire about it they blamed it on the warm weather (I still kept getting bugs in October) and said they'd have pest control come and spray my place. No one ever came.
6) It took the management 4 months to get me my security deposit back. I called many times but even when the office is open, no one ever picks up the phone. So I had to go back there several times just to get an update.
7) There's dog poop in the grass and the dog poop trash can outside is always overflowing.
I echo some of the other reviews. These apartments are marketed as being luxury apartments but they are anything but, especially for the price you pay.
