My account got hacked, there was a reservation made in my name and paid for thru Expedia. When I found out, I called expedia to let them know what happened. Neither them nor the motel will do anything about it. All I asked was a refund of my money. But NOPE! The motel refuses and so does expedia. So I just lost my money on something I didnt even do and had to cancel my card! ! Sad really, because I work at a HOTEL and I know the motel itself could refund the money if they wanted to but they wont. Bad business on both them and expedia!!!

Still my home away from home! Rooms are absolutely amazing and the atmosphere here is more than inviting and peaceful. As always the staff here are more than superb. You become like family and they never forget who you are even if it's been a while since you have stayed here. They still remember you. The best by far hotel to stay at if you are in the southwest little rock area. My favorite Is the jacuzzi room. You just can't beat staying in a room like this. These people are absolutely amazing I love them and this hotel Rooms: Rooms are articulately placed in order and very clean The beds are so comfy that you won't want to get out of the bed. Nearby activities: Theater just down the freeway for those who want to go watch a movie. Everything is close by because this hotel is literally at the heart of any and everything in any direction you choose to go. Safety: You are definitely safe at this hotel. It's very peaceful and quiet and staff are always there if needed for anything. Walkability: For those who walk this location is walkable Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants neerby Noteworthy details: The staff here are more than superb and absolutely amazing people.

We didn't book a room, but they had many rooms available. So we had a room, without any of the conviences, which others offer, at a lower price, NO COFFEE/TEA MAKER, NO FACE CLOTHS, NO FACE TOWELS, JUST ONE TOWEL EACH, T.V. THAT DID NOT WORK. But comfortable bed. That was all.
