SpringHill Suites by Marriott Little Rock West

It needs some work but as far as the staff, exceptional. Awesome people with great attributes. They did a lot of work making it aesthetically pleasing. with that being said they need major maintenance on the small things in the rooms. Food & drinks: Awesome breakfast and cook.

Honestly, after staying in my last hotel I would give anything 5 stars. But this hotel is really good.

Booked hotel in Jan 2024 for stay in Feb. No communication at all, other than a standard check-in reminder sent one day before. On the date, arrived at hotel, hotel was closed and fenced. Called number, no one answer. Called Marriott customer service, told me my reservation is active and gave me another number to call. Still no answer. Asked Quality Inn staff, told me the hotel was closed last year. Called Marriott again, after long hold, they told me yes, the hotel was closed. How in world the Marriott group does not know this hotel was closed last year? and why they had my reservation till I arrived and still told me my reservation was good when I called in front of the closed hotel?

I stayed here twice in the past week. The first stay the elevator was broken and the breakfast was a literal mess, trash everywhere. The next day they sold our room out from under us. We stayed at a different Springhill Suutes in between with a broken pool. Three stays in a week and each had problems. The brand is junk.
