Comfort Suites Little Rock West

This hotel has excellent staff and is very well-run. We are always impressed with their friendliness, cleanliness, and hospitality. I don't know how they do this much better than competitors, but they do! Highly recommend!

They say you'll get room service on the 3rd day... you won't. I've also asked for towels at the front desk and been told they don't have any till more get washed. This stay i only had sheets on the bed.. no blanket just layers of sheets and when i asked for a blanket was told they don't have any available. But the location is good and its not a bad place compared to others i stay at.

Rooms were spacious, clean and ready on time for check in. Hotel is perfectly located for easy access to highways and scenic River views only minutes away. Walmart within walking distance, too Nearby activities: Several restaurants, stores and Walmart

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. I will say that the walls are thin. Our last night there the people next door had their tv on and we could hear the sound/bass all night. Which made sleeping very difficult. So if you are a light sleeper I would suggest some ear plugs. Also, the shower head was very loose so the water pressure was not the best. We did eat breakfast there once and the selections were great. We also used the pool which they advertised as being heated but it definitely was not. Regardless of it being cold my daughter still had fun. Overall, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
