I waited an hour and a half for them to change 2 tires. I imagine it didn't take this long; however I don't know because no one ever told me my car was finished! Although a few friends and I were the only people waiting. I guess I was supposed to scan a barcode of somesort to get updates on my car but this was never explained to me. The various employees must've thought I really loved the waiting room...

I had a small issue and the manager was extremely kind. The staff was also very nice and understanding.

Had a screw in my tire so I took it to the M.L.K. Walmart auto center for a patch. Had my wife follow me in her car so we could drop it off and go home. They opened the ticket, took my keys, and I went home. Got a call from a technician named Chuck saying the screw was too close to the sidewall and he'd have to replace the tire or I can take the car to another shop that will repair it. I knew that was always a possibility so I said that's fine, go ahead and replace it. He told me he can't replace the tire with a new one unless I come back to Walmart and start a new ticket. I said that's fine and immediately got in the car and drove back to Walmart. As I'm pulling into the parking lot, I get a second phone call from Chuck, this time he is angry. He tells me in a hostile voice that he can't start working on replacing the tire until I open a new ticket. I told him I was pulling into the parking lot and will have it open in just a moment. I walk in the door to go through the garage to the registers and overhear Chuck angrily talking to a co-worker that I'm dragging my feet and taking my time and various other offenses to his day. I got the ticket open and the tire got replaced but Chuck has a peculiar concept of customer service. Already not fun to have a tire pick up a screw and it be bad enough I'm having to buy a new tire, I don't need someone yelling at me when I got right back in the car and went back to the store to open the ticket when you asked me to do so. Needless to say, I'll be going to other shops for auto needs in the future.
