Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville Service

I am a teacher here in Fayetteville, and after school we brought the car to the dealership to have a sensor fixed. Crain thought that the sensor was the problem, unfortunately just 2 days later, the same problem occurred. When we brought it back to the dealership, they did not offer a rental for thier mistake. They didn't even get the car in or offer to help me in any way that day. I came back 24 hours later, the car is still not done, no rental offer, terrible service. My review is now 0 stars. I should have noticed the red flag and lack of integrity when they used the warranty under the previous owner's name to try to fix my car the first time. We are still here, car is still not done

Lack of communication. They have had my car for 6 weeks. I have gotten 1 call from them on day 1. Since then I have had to try and get ahold of them, with little luck. I get hung up on, told we will call you back...... Crickets..... I have gotten partial updates from the receptionist with a promise of a call back for full update. Nothing. My car is 2yrs old I enjoy it but this service department is making me regret it's purchase.

Mario in the sales department is absolutely wonderful and delivers a 5 star experience. The service department is disorganized, disinterested, and borderline rude. My review of service only would be a 2.5.
