Emily Loriaux in the service Dept found my 2012 VW Passat TDI had a few months/miles left on my warranty...they got me right in to assess some issues I had started experiencing with the vehicle on a recent trip to Arizona. One part is under warranty and will be taken care of when they schedule me in the next couple weeks. They also put new batteries in my key fobs (2 of them) and didn't charge me for it. Really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency.

Absolute zero for these guys. Want to know why? Try to call them. I have been trying to reach them for two days and they never pick up. When I finally reached someone I was told someone would get back to me that day -- surprise, no one did. How in the heck do you do business when you refuse to answer the phone? It is not the responsibility of the customer to drive there every time there is a question. If you are that busy either, 1) VWs stink and need a lot of service or 2) HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a VW. The Rogers VW dealer is no better.

Took my 2017 Volkswagen Golf in for a repair to the coolant system on October 12th. It is now December 31st and they still have not completed service. Mack at the service counter seems to drop the ball time after time in getting the vehicles serviced and completed, as well as communicating what is going on. Andrew the service manager informed me via phone he would be calling me himself to ensure I had updates everyday between one and two, itregardless of whether there was an update or not. That was December 23rd. I have yet to hear from him since. The only way I can find out any information is to go up there and then I get treated like I'm putting them out. Crain VW service seems to have no idea of what customer service is nor do they care. I will be taking all 3 of my VW vehicles to the new dealership in Rogers from now on. This is absolutely ridiculous. Update: we received the car back on January 7th, only to find the heater not working. We took it back January 9th only to be told we had to pay yet another diagnostic fee PLUS a repair cost. This is ridiculous considering the heater worked prior to our initial contact with them and they disassembled the entire coolant system when the worked on it. You would have thought they tested everything out prior to returning it to us. Not to mention there wasnt even any windshield wiper wiper fluid in the car. I mean what are these people doing? Today is February 10 and still no car. It's getting less and less likely that Crain is capable of fulfilling their "Crain Commitment". I will definitely be utilizing Everett in Rogers from now on. Service: Engine repair
