Called them to have the alternator in my 92 Dodge dynasty replaced. I already had the part and they were here in 30 minutes and got done in less than an hour and my car runs again:)) for a fair price too. Edit: forgot to mention the mechanic noticed my harmonic balancer was off and let me know that I probably wanna replace that soon. Also showed me a good online website to get parts.

I wish I could give zero stars Absolutely unacceptable! I was lied to, I was stolen from, I was manipulated and connived. I was going to pay this man, who actually pretended to be someone else, while I was on the phone with him, to replace the timing chain, and the timing chain sprockets in my Dodge. I was going to pay him to replace the front main seal and reseal the timing cover. I was going to pay him to replace the oil pan gasket, and I paid him to replace the thermostat. He said he did all of this work, but he absolutely did not! The only thing he did was reseal the timing cover . He did not replace the timing chain or the timing chain sprockets that I bought and gave him to install, he did not replace the thermostat yet he billed me for it, and I paid him for it, and he actually showed me the box of the thermostat that I bought for him to install but he did not show me the old thermostat. I opened up the truck and I found the old thermostat still in the truck . I then tore the truck down myself and found that he did not replace the timing chain or the timing chain sprockets or the main seal. I told him to get off my property and call my attorney. He never called my attorney. I will never think about using this untruthful and dishonest thief and I will let anyone know my experience with the manipulative and conniving thief. He lied to me about several things! He told me that he was actually out of Fort Smith but, hes not. He pretended that he was the dispatcher, a totally different person, than the mechanic. The way he worded things, he absolutely tried to make me believe that they were two different people. When, in all actuality, he was pretending to be two different people.! Absolutely not trust worthy.
