It's hard to find an honest auto shop like David's. Hard work and dedication.
Trustworthy and genuine describes David, the owner of Rainbow Service Tech Inc.
I've been wronged by so many auto shops that I became my own mechanic & I don't give my trust or respect to auto shops. You've gotta give me a reason to come and use my hard earned money at your shop.
David and his crew worked on my Jeep when the heat index was over 100 degrees with no AC inside the bays & they have to go home earlier in the evening when it's hot out; so cut them a break if it takes some extra time with the heat out.
Just like you and me, these guys have hearts. They didn't wrong me & I felt respected. Respect is all I ask for.
On my way to my families properties near David's shop, I saw that my Jeep had been parked inside the shop when they were closed. This was a surprise; I expected my Jeep to sitting in the perking lot. The level of detail down to protecting my Jeep while they were closed speaks about their attitude about respecting other people's cars.
