Adventure Subaru

I just purchased my second Outback from Adventure Subaru. Anthony Gibson was EXCELLENT! He didn't pressure, but was ready to help at a moments notice. He made the purchase of my car an outstanding experience. Chris Vore, the business manager who took me through all of the financial aspects, also happens to be the person who sold me my first Outback a few years ago. Both of them are very personable representatives of Adventure Subaru and Don Nelms should be proud of having these two people on his staff. Also, I just recommended my son to Anthony and now he has driven away in his first Outback. I'd be willing to bet it won't be his last. Thank you Anthony, Chris and the entire team at Adventure Subaru.

The purchasing experience at Adventure Subaru is the best one that I have had. The dealership and it's sales associates care about you as a person and not just a customer. Heather is a friendly and caring sales person.

Adventure Subaru and Shannon Boyett my sales person - Best price in 4 state area. Shannon made the experience wonderful! I truly appreciate her quick response to my web inquiry, getting my deal, prepping the auto with a trailer hitch in one day and getting us out the door and back on the road with another new Subaru vehicle. They also provide the first 24 months of service, in Fayetteville, for free! It is marvelous! I hope Adventure management and anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru hear my appreciation! Absolutely don't purchase without talking to Shannon first!

If it wasn't for Taylor in the service department, I would take my car somewhere else to be serviced. The best two things about Fayetteville Subaru are Taylor and my 2020 Impreza. The salespeople are not completely honest, be careful. Also, check that repairs are done correctly because they will only correct their errors for certain amount of time. ***After speaking with Subaru representative that called, nothing was resolved and issues remain the same. She was also unkind on the phone, asking me what I wanted her to do about my problem. Update... Taylor is still awesome, and I am truly going to miss her. I will not be returning to the service department, now that my extended warranty that I was talked into is complete, I will not return to Subaru Service Department in Fayetteville on my own will.

Best sales and after-sales experience every. I can't say enough about my experience at Adventure Subaru. I had been shopping at another brand's dealership and was about to purchase but I decided to stop in to look at an Ascent. I'm so glad I did. Not only did I like the Ascent better but the sales process was much smoother. The sales rep took care of my every need and answered all my questions. If you're looking for a vehicle, this is the place to buy one.
