Came to this location to get post op lab work done. Was given instructions on how to provide the sample and thought that was the end of it. However turns out that they failed to tell me to take the specimen to a completely different lab, failed to tell me that lab isn't open until 8am, failed to disclose there was a fee with said lab and ultimately my specimen is no longer viable due to time constraints and lack of communication. I've heard fast food is offering $15/hr, everyone in this location should go apply somewhere they can be this negligent. 0/5 if possible.

Very quick and easy. I can be a tough draw but Paola did great.

The check-in staff were so helpful, they showed me a fast and easy way to use the kiosk. And on top of that the phlebotomist was very good, barely felt a stick! Kudos!
