My experience at this location was great. I was in and out within 5 minutes of getting there.

I must say, Labcorp has got their act together. The office is now streamlined to allow fast sign in and service. I had an appt which helps, but I really like the new ambiance at this location. They deserve praise for upgrading the blood draw experience. I barely felt the poke and she was very nice. I will continue to use this location going forward.

My husband and I have used Lab Corp for at least 6 years. We have never been disappointed. They are fast, efficient and the blood draws are right on. I think once we had a front desk person a bit snarley but otherwise everything excellent.

Need two separate entries for the review. 1. The office staff is nice enough but wanted to argue that I had to have my driver's license for an ID; my medicare card and military ID were not good enough. Her co-worker helped her with that choice. I have small rolling veins so she had to stick me twice, but did a good job overall. 2. Getting the results is another issue. It has been a prolonged period of time without any results being sent to my doctor or to the patient portal. Since I am traveling out of the country very soon, I needed the results. So I called at least 4 different customer service 800 numbers before a real human answered the phone. She took my data and then told me all of the test results were in except one; so she could not release them to either the doctor or to me. When I pointed out to her that each of the test panels were on a separate order (CMP, CBC, Lipid, Glucose, Valley Fever) so they should be released upon completion she made the following statement to me: "You don't have to be argumentative with me. I am hired by LabCorp and it is more important to follow their corporate procedures than to bother with the demands of an individual patient." Always good to know where the customer stands !!??!!????
