I had my blood work done here a few times, and every time, I had wonderful experience & exceptional service. From the front desk to the Phlebotomy technicians. Obsolutely nothing to complain. I'm not sure why such a low rating

waited for an hour to get seen, i think the patients who come here are old and grumpy which makes the staff have a bad mood so the vibe in here is trash also yeah, the lady in the red glasses who does the drug screen is way too quirky that it comes off as rude but i guess i'd be like that too if i had to collect urine all day :/

Dig crap service. Had an appointment at 12:00, and when I get there I get asked for a "registration number" which is supposed to be provided by my employer. I'm an independent contractor. The guy asking for the drug test was not involved in this process at all. Get sent through the website, RequestATest, and this website is TRASH. Pages not loading, I am completely unable to add the test to my cart without going to DuckDuckGo. Pay for it, ask the lady at the desk if the confirmation number is the same as the registration number, she says no. I ask if there's supposed to be a third email and she kinda smiles at me and says "I don't know, maybe " like ok. You fkning suck. You are so unhelpful. This process is trash, and your website sucks. Enjoy your one star review.
