Walked in for a pre-employment drug test was in and out in under 5 min. Was great friendly staff clean facility

This place is definitely closed moved to north west corner of Wilmot and 5th st. I visited the site at 0800 on 7/9/13 building empty except for 1 Dr office

Super nice workers and a very pretty facility

Try not to call for a Dr appointment they treat you like a POW camp on the phone nasty receptionists
