The staff here is excellent! Very clean facility. Always efficient and very friendly. I brought my kids here and they always took the time to make them feel comfortable. They also helped to get my labs in when I was running late. Much appreciated!

I was here helping someone else in this experience. I usually have no problems here however this specific visit was not so. While we waited there came an older gentleman who obviously doesnt know much about technology, he was told to check himself in. I know when its very busy you dont always have time to help each person who needs additional help, BUT you offer it regardless!! I have worked in the medical field for 20 years and I have never pushed aside a patient who needs help. I ended up helping this person get checked in myself, which I did not mind doing- But there were 3 staff members sitting just talking and laughing etc. and there were only 3 patients checked in our checking in. He told them that he didnt understand and they just kept telling him -do this, look for that, etc. & wouldnt come around to help him at all. I could see that he had no idea what he was doing so I took care of him. Im thankful he was okay with sharing his personal information so that I could help him. All Im saying is Please just be kind and dont make older people feel inferior, be thoughtful as though they were your grandparent
