This is NOT a Quest lab and I advise finding somewhere else to go. Overheard other fruatrated patients having issues in the past while I waited 50, yes 50 min to learn that they can't code my lab order for a urine analysis and wouldn't let me leave the sample while they figure out their administrative issue. Male receptionist is a condescending piece of trash who embodies everything wrong with our broken healthcare system. No manager to speak to about these issues.

This is the best lab I have ever been to in my entire life. Long story short I went to one that they couldnt fully service me so they sent me to another one they didnt make me re-make my appointment. They took me in as a walk-in, I did not wait long the receptionist, a young black female was insanely nice and very helpful. The young Mexican lady that drew my blood was so good at her job. I always bleed when other people drawing blood three little drops is all that came out. I was told to ask for a Jamie directly, and Jamie made it happen if thats her staff great job just truly truly feels good to have received such great service.

Just took my two week old and I was super nervous for him to get a blood draw. The staff was amazing and we got two vials of blood from him and he didn't even wake up. I didn't catch the name of the techs who did it but they were both lovely.

I came in on a very busy Saturday and I was in and out, Liz was a pro!! Usually it's hard to find a vein but she was so fast, it was the best experience ever!
