I went to withdraw money from the ATM in the drive-thru and the machine took my debit card and errored out. I was unable to retrieve the card and the machine was completely unresponsive. When I went inside to inquire about the possibility of retrieving my card I was told that the machine will shred cards from other banks for no reason. Avoid at all costs.

My parents have been banking here for over 40 years, and they have always treated them respectfully and solved their problems. Whether its a death or a stolen card, all issues they have ever had have always been resolved entirely satisfactorily for them. Happily, they take the time to listen, understand, explain, and assist you in completing the process without hassle. They also have adorable childrens accounts worth looking into. I wouldnt want to miss out on anything that can potentially help your children in your life out in their life later or even now

I had 170,000 or more in this bank and I lost all that money in less than a year with nothing to show for it I have literally nothing from that money this bank lost my money
