Never told me the office was having issues with the app.. was told had I had over $1200.00 in my accoun now my account over $800.00 over due..

This is the worst credit union ever dont bank with them. They are not friendly and will treat you bad . With my realized that they have their favorites they wont look at how their employees treat their costumer or employees. I never been to a credit union that employees get into it with their member; this was my first one . Employees dont only yell at their members but also coworkers. Especially Brandi she is the worst, will treat people like less and she is just an employee like everyone else. I was in in the credit union for 30 seconds and their teller Angie yelled at me for no reason. Worst experience ever. There are more credit unions that will treat you better around The Valley

I've been with the credit union for over 20 years . They are very helpful and offer a range of services. Happy to have them.
