Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare. The management's disregard for residents' well-being is appalling. Here's a concise rundown of the issues:
-There is no in-house laundry, and the dryers don't work more than half of the time. Instances where I had to dry the laundry 3-4 times were not uncommon.
-No digital or posted notifications about out-of-service laundry machines, leading to wasted time and frustration.
-Common laundry rooms often result in long waits, sometimes for hours, to access washers or dryers due to overcrowding.
-Shocked by the base rent increase to approximately $1800 for the extra month, a whopping 45%+ increase from the monthly rent of $1240 base.
-No digital notifications about the price hike or lease ending, leading to unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
-The management team is incredibly negligent regarding emails. It took two emails and one in-person visit just to get them to acknowledge a notification for a 60-day period.
-Dustbin boxes are consistently overflowing, showcasing poor maintenance standards and a lack of hygiene.
-The apartment complex is consistently overcrowded, exceeding its capacity.
-No discounts offered, unlike other apartments in the area providing better amenities at a lower price. Other much better apartments seem to be offering 6 weeks or 8 weeks annual discounts on yearly accommodations for 1b1b apartments and 2b2b's.
-The price point is excessively high for the services and amenities provided.
-Lack of notifications regarding disruptive activities like tree cutting, causing further inconvenience.
-This place seems to attract a lot of international students, especially from India, who are in desperate need of finding acceptable options.
I have no clue how the ratings of the apartment are so high, a whopping 4.5, whereas other better apartments seem to have
