This is a horrible place to live. The front desk staff are the rudest people you will ever meet. They hang up on you and dont solve any issues. They will probably comment on this review to email or call with my concerns, but its not even worth it because I know they will start screaming at me and hang up on me like the last time I called simply asking a question regarding the mailroom. After 6 months of living in my apartment there and using the dishwasher, I found cigarettes shoved in the filter system! That is a serious health code violation, not to mention the trauma they have caused me. Please dont move here. It is absolute hell.

Had an issue with my washer and Raul showed up quickly and got things up and running . He was very polite and took the time to explain what had happened. I Hope all my maintenance requests in the future can be this easy. Thanks Raul and Also Kenny in the offic for getting it done. You guys are great !!

The stars are for Drake who came to fix the dishwasher rather than for the property or office staff. He was friendly and got the job done quickly. He came back and replaced the air filter which I appreciate. Thank you Drake.

I have lived here two years never have paid rent late. I great tenant. I underwent surgery on the first. I left a check with my mom to pay rent. They denied payment. Charged me 200 dollars in late fees. They have no compassion and would not work with me at all.With late fees, peri am extremely ill. While on a fixed income and they know that and they still treated me like garbage, not willing to work with me at all. I will definitely be looking for a new place as soon as my leases up.
