I've lived here for two years. Kathy has been wonderful. She is professional and very helpful to answer any questions I've had. The convience of having the washer and dryer in the apartment is awesome. The residents are respectful and keep to themselves. Alll utilities included is also a plus. The walls are thick and the noise level is minimal if at all between floors. I have had such a pleasant experience living here. Last but not least the location is ideal, close to ASU and other locations restaurants, grocery store. Highly recommend this apartment complex.

Worst place to live be aware students. Water running into the apartments even from the electrical outlet and they dont worry look the pictures . Careful with this place 1415 E Apache Blvd
