Im relocating to Tempe for a new job, and last month, I came down with my mom to apartment hunt. She's not moving with me, but I wanted to bring her for extra insight and input. From scheduling my tour to actually going on it, the team has been prompt and professional with answering all my questions. I didnt really know where and how to start, but the leasing agents have put my mind at ease and are always ready and prepared to guide me in the right direction. Juan gave a very detailed and thorough tour and my mom and I both thought he did a phenomenal job extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. The entire complex is newly built/renovated with absolutely gorgeous units and amazing amenities. They really keep the community spotless and clean. Most importantly, we appreciate all the security and safety measures. Side note: My mom and I also loved the fully stocked fridge with snacks and beverages offered to us on the tour. It was the little things like this that sealed the deal. I left the tour with confidence that Smith & Rio was my top choice. I signed my lease today and am moving in in just a few days! I appreciate how quick and efficient the entire process has been. I am so excited to make Smith & Rio my new home. Thank you so much to Juan for all his help!

Words cant express how much I love living here. The staff is amazing, location is perfect for me since I do work in aviation, B5 model easy access through the private entrance is wonderful. If you do plan on moving here dont hesitate you wont regret it

Kacey was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience when we toured the place. She even came out to the parking lot to look for me when I called her to let her know I was interested in getting more information, She made me and my daughter feel more than welcome. For us, that makes a huge difference! It felt like home the second I walked in. Management is the best I've ever had! Katie was a pleasure to meet, she walked us through the moving process and made us feel welcome. Quickly answered my maintenance request which its great! The apartment complex it's brand new, super clean, and the units are gorgeous. I'm so happy to call this place home!
