SkyWater at Town Lake Apartments

terrible place to live. portico is the latest to take over, doing a terrible job. instead of fixing things, they just spent money on painting. also the great recent reviews are all the property managers writing them, not actual people who live there which is super misleading. k is the property manager and she never in the office, always leaves early. not nice when you need help. she wrote a 5 star review for this property lol all the photos of this property are from like 2003, it does not look like this anymore. pools broken, no security, nothing works. just a dirty mess.

I just signed a lease at Skywater, so I can't say how it will be once I am moved in. However, Brittney from the leasing office has been wonderful in helping me with my move and has answered all of my questions in a prompt and polite manner.

I love it here! The staff are super friendly. The amenities are amazing. The neighbors are friendly and sweet. I was amazed by how quite the community is all the time. Its really peaceful and can do whatever you want.

Just went thru the leasing process with the staff and was greatly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail! Stephanie and Brittany are awesome! I read the reviews (and hesitated to proceed) and see that the previous management company did a horrible job but I can see Portico is turning things around quickly after checking in on the previous issues.
